Celebrate the festive season with a centerpiece that's sure to impress - our Christmas Carver Ham with a Honey Mustard Glaze. Combining succulent ham with a sweet and tangy glaze, this recipe is perfect for your holiday table. Let's get cooking!

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the ham, cut-side down, in a roasting pan.

  2. Combine the honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

  3. Brush the glaze over the ham, ensuring to get into all the nooks and crannies. Reserve some glaze for basting.

  4. Cover the ham with foil and bake for about 15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). Baste the ham with the reserved glaze every 20-30 minutes.

  5. Remove the foil during the last 20 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize and become beautifully golden.

  6. Allow the ham to rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.

  7. Serve your Christmas Carver Ham with your favorite holiday sides and enjoy this festive feast. Merry cooking and Happy Holidays!

Note: This ham is perfectly served hot or cold, making leftovers an excellent option for sandwiches or salads the next day.
